Dead Dolphin washed up.

The decaying body of what is believed to be a bottlenose dolphin was washed up on the North Cornish coast at Fistral beach recently.  Marine conservation officer for the Cornwall Wildlife Trust, Joana Doyle, commented in the press,"We believe there is only one local pod of inshore bottlenose dolphins.  In 1991 there were 18 of them.  Sightings last year say there were just six.  It may have been caught in nets and that is very worrying for their future in this area".

Whatever activity you choose you can be assured of a warm welcome and a safe environment. Our instructors are all highly qualified and experienced and our equipment undergoes strict maintenance and safety checks. We love to take you out of your comfort zone but we do ensure that you'll be coming back to it when the activity is finished!

Some of our activities are weather dependant and so we may need to cancel them at short notice. We apologise for this and are working on a weather control device to stop it happening in future; trials have so far been unsuccessful. As a result of cancelling your chosen activity we can either give you a refund or will prioritise your booking for the next available slot.

All safety equipment is supplied and on the Eco-seafari trips we provide wet weather clothing to keep you warm and dry. Our other waterborne activities come with wetsuits supplied if required as well as lifejackets and helmets where necessary.

Unfortunately we cannot supply wet weather gear for the land based activities at present but are working on this for the future.

We ask that you come equipped for all weather conditions as Cornwall is famed for having four seasons in one day and that you wear adequate footwear for walking and climbing.

Upon arrival your instructor will answer any questions you might have and will issue safety equipment and brief you on the activity ahead.
